How Can Technology Improve Learning?

Technology opens up the possibilities for personal growth in a way that a classroom without technology can’t. I see technology as an accelerant for learning relationships.

Over the past few weeks I have been able to visit different schools in our district. I have been able to see how teachers are using technology and how it can improve learning. These teachers who are willing to learn, grow, and embrace change will always improve and enrich student learning in the process.

The devices being used enable teachers and students to improve upon many of the influencers. The documentation of student work provide teachers with data that allows them to better understand each student’s needs in a personalized way.


In John Hattie’s, “Teachers Make A Difference: What Is The Research Evidence?” of the top 10 influencers accompanied by a relative interpretation of the data for educational technology.
